I attended the prestigious Hypnotherapy Academy of America, one of the oldest state-licensed institutions for clinical hypnotherapy training. As a graduate of the Academy, I am trained in Integral Hypnotherapy®, an adaptive, client-centered, and collaborative methodology. This unique approach was scientifically validated through the largest peer-reviewed study of hypnotherapy, funded by the National Institutes of Health, which demonstrated its superior effectiveness compared to other therapies.
